Getting started in 5 steps

Step 1: Charge the collar

Before first use, fully charge the collar for 2 hours using the supplied USB cable. The LED turns green when charging is complete. Battery life is 7–14 days depending on use.

Step 2: Turn on the collar

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The collar beeps and the LED flashes to confirm activation. The collar is now in detection mode.

Step 3: Adjust sensitivity

The collar has 5 sensitivity levels. ALWAYS start at level 1 (the lowest). Increase gradually if the collar doesn't trigger when your dog barks. A level that is too high will trigger the collar at any noise — that's not the goal.

Step 4: Fit the collar

Place the unit under the dog's throat, centred. Tighten the collar so it is snug but comfortable: you should be able to slide one finger between the collar and the neck. The sensors must touch the skin (move the fur aside if necessary).

Step 5: Let your dog adjust

For the first few days your dog will discover how the collar works. It's normal if they still bark at first — they're learning. Most dogs understand in 3–7 days that barking triggers an unpleasant vibration (but no pain).
